Operational Update – Flights to/from Tel Aviv

Due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran, we are forced to cancel all flights to/from Tel Aviv starting from June 16, 2025.

Neos will closely monitor the evolution of the situation before resuming operations in full safety.

If you have purchased a ticket for flights to/from Tel Aviv departing from June 16 onwards, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket.

The procedure will be handled through the original booking channel:

• Booking through our website: you will receive an email with a link to submit your refund request
