Operational Update – Flights to/from Tel Aviv

Due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran, all flights to and from Tel Aviv scheduled between June 16 and July 25, 2025, have been cancelled.

Neos is closely monitoring the situation and will resume operations only when it is safe to do so.

If you have purchased a ticket for travel to or from Tel Aviv during this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will be processed through the original booking channel:

• If you booked through a travel agency: Please contact your travel agent
• If you booked through our website: you will receive an email with a link to submit your refund request
